Dr Mayank Vats is a renowned Indian Interventional Pulmonologist, Adult Pulmonologist, Intensivist and Sleep Physician.
He is currently appointed at Rashid Hospital, UAE as Senior Specialist, Pulmonologist, Interventional Pulmonologist, Intensivist & Sleep Physician & also serves as Asso. Professor in Dubai Medical College.
Dr Vats has worked at some of the most prestigious Fortis, Escorts Hospitals in India & Zulekha & Rashid Hospital UAE.
Dr vats got his training from the pioneers of interventional pulmonology medicine in Marseille, France and University hospital, Ancona, Italy and has been extensively trained in interventional pulmonology and Bronchoscopy in university hospital in Essen, Germany and University of medical sciences Heidelberg - Germany, Italy, France, Athens university hospital, Greece and have Vast experience in interventional pulmonology and Bronchoscopy. He established a dedicated Bronchoscopy lab with facilities for interventional pulmonology in many hospitals he worked for.
Dr vats has been awarded as fellowship in sleep medicine by American Academy of sleep medicine and undergone extensive, dedicated training in sleep medicine at Cleveland sleep disorders and research centre, Cleveland , Ohio, USA and LDS hospital, Salt Lake City - Utah, USA
Dr vats had great expertise in the management of all sleep related disorders especially snoring and sleep apnoea and obesity related breathing sleep disorders and insomnia, parasomnia etc other sleep disorders.
He is a Fellow at the prestigious American College of Chest Physician & Royal College of Physicians & Surgeons Glasgow,UK, American college of Physicians & the reciepient of the Saroj Jyoti Award for his work done in Scientific Research in Indian Chest Society.
